Terms of Service

1. Agreement. By visiting or buying from ourmoringa.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Our Moringa Skin Lab ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@ourmoringa.com.

2. Products and descriptions. We make botanical skin-care and body-care products. We try to describe and show our products accurately, but colors, images and descriptions may vary slightly. Our products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements on the Site are not medical advice. Individual results vary.

3. Use and safety. Please read each product's ingredients and directions before use. Patch test a small area first. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or allergies, consult your healthcare provider before using any product.

4. Orders, pricing and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit or cancel orders (for example, for pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability) and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details. Sales tax is added where required.

5. Shipping, returns and our guarantee. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our guarantee are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Guarantee policy. Both are part of these Terms. We currently ship within the United States only.

6. Discount codes. Discount and welcome codes are single-use per customer, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

7. Intellectual property. All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos, product names) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without written permission.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Third-party services and links. The Site uses third-party services (such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and analytics). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.

11. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site applies when you place an order.
